HD V-Rod Muscle test ride [ENG]

On Thursday night I looked out the window. 20 cm of snow meant that my ride on Friday would be a very special experience.

I was hoping that the dealer also provided extra skiis. Fortunately, the next day snow melted, so I assumed that the ride should look like the legs of a Brazilian dancer before carnival (smooth&long). The motorcycle was already waiting for me: HD V-Rod. Unfortunately not Tournig, but a real steel bull.

This was my first Harley in life and at the same time I was the first person who would ride it! Nice! I sat down and fired it up. I dismounted and checked it. Yes, it was a Harley! But the sound wasn’t like aggressive, ready to jump tiger, but more like a little puppy. I decided to ignore this fact and give him a chance. And it was a hit! I must say that the V-Rod is not polite motorcycle. You loose the throttle and suddenly a huge smile appears on your face and the world is left behind. Will I choose it? No. Why? Because it’s a good bike for short distances. Touristic riding needs a different position, ANY cover from the wind, and well… it’s enough.
